More About Me

Residential Realtor & Pierce County Community Development Corporation Vice Chair

Hollie is a South Sound Native and lover of the Pacific Northwest.

With a degree in Psychology, English Literature and a background in business management and customer service, Hollie takes an analytical approach to real estate. She uses research and logic to arm her clients with data necessary to make informed decisions and works to make each transaction a focused and timely business act.

She believes selling property is an aggressive art. Like every client, every property is different and should be represented to reflect its uniqueness and absolute worth. Her ultimate goal is to ensure her clients remain happy, long after the ink dries. Her success can be measured through her client's reviews and referrals.

Hollie is also an active leader in the community. She is the Vice Chair and holds the Residential Real Estate Specialist board position for Pierce County Community Development Corporation (2019-current), where she meets with a small panel approving business and housing loans, policies and procedures related to assisting homeowners and community development. As a member of the Proctor Business District, she participates in a number of community events, most notably leading the treasured annual "Proctor Treats" Halloween event for the Proctor District and City of Tacoma.
